I’m running for
Chandler City Council

I’m Cicely Rocha-Miller. I’m running for Chandler City Council because our neighborhoods, small businesses, and families deserve a strong advocate at the table.

Chandler deserves leadership that listens, shows up, and follows through.

Every contribution of time or dollars helps us reach more voters and protect what makes Chandler home.

MY COMMITMENT

WHY I’M RUNNING

This isn’t about a title. It’s about people.

I’m running because I care deeply about Chandler and the people who call it home. I believe local government should feel accessible, transparent, and responsive, not distant or confusing.

I’ve spent years working alongside small businesses, families, nonprofits, and neighborhood leaders. I’ve seen what works, what doesn’t, and what happens when residents feel unheard. I’m stepping forward because I know we can do better when leadership listens first and acts with intention.

WHAT I STAND FOR

Public Safety

Support fully staffed and well-equipped police, fire, and ambulance services while prioritizing mental health resources for first responders, their families, and the community.

Thougtful Growth

Support responsible growth that respects Chandler’s character, restores pragmatic historic preservation, and protects established neighborhoods while planning wisely for the future.

Community Life

Support Chandler’s community events, arts, and music while ensuring the Chandler Center for the Arts remains accessible to local schools and continuing to improve parks and public spaces that bring people together.

Support Local

Cut red tape so it’s easier to start and grow a small business while supporting policies that keep Chandler business-friendly and community-focused.

These aren’t talking points. They’re commitments.

Trusted by the Community

This campaign is powered by neighbors, small business owners, first responders, and community leaders who believe in collaborative leadership and practical solutions.

Endorsements matter, but earning trust matters more.

Ordinary people do extraordinary things when they step forward together.

I can’t do this without you. Your help turns hope into action.
